We are an independent rep agency based in Woodenville, WA - right in the heart of the PNW. It’s been a wild ride since we began 34 years ago and we try our best to remain true to our roots: Retailer - Vendor - Agency. To constantly show our vendors that we are working above and beyond to promote their products and be their voice to our retailers.

Our name, Leading Edge, means that we’re always on the ‘leading edge’ of outdoor sports knowledge, and we have five dedicated reps who learn our lines to help educate others on the benefits of each. Our reps each bring a unique outdoorsy background to the company, which allows us to have a broad pool of knowledge to best serve our vendors and retailers.

But what about that work-life balance you ask?! Why yes, we try to have a good sense of that too. First chair at dawn? Check. Lunchtime bike rides? Check. Evening trail time? You betcha. We’re out enjoying what this beautiful PNW area has to offer while keeping a pulse on what kinds of fun our community is engaging in - and that is what makes this industry so amazing.
